Petition

Mrs Tracey Ford, 7 Willow Road, Ambrosden, Bicester will be presenting a petition containing 360 signatures in support of provision of a pedestrian crossing on Ploughley Road, Ambrosden, Bicester.

A supporting statement by Mrs Ford is attached (download as .doc file). In addition to Mrs Ford, Miss Michelle Mairs the Headteacher of Five Acres School also wishes to speak to the petition. Under the Council’s Constitution a petitioner has a right to address the Committee for no more than 3 minutes in support of the petition and they have agreed to share that time between them.

Other supporting documents to the petition are also attached for information. However, documents 4, 5 and 6 were not available for circulation with the addenda but will form part of the petition documentation.
