5.       Oxfordshire’s Local Area Agreement (2008 – 2011)

 

An updated listed of targets and levels is attached at Annex 1 (download as .xls file). This replaces Annex 1 attached to the report.

 

Please note that the number of indicators where targets have been set has increased from the 27 noted in the report, to 28.

 

An additional recommendation has been added to the report:

 

(e)               delegate responsibility to the Leader of the Council to agree the target by 30 May 2008, for the one indicator (NI 131) for which a target has yet to be agreed;

 

8.       Primary Capital – Strategy for Change

 

Recommendation (b) has been replaced with the following:

 

(b)              instruct officers to undertake further work on the criteria for capital investment (and hence the locality priority list), and to take into account consultation responses.
