  • The Proposed location on Clanfield Road would create queuing, braking, noise
  • The proposed lighting will destroy privacy at night
  •

  • Disturbance of the subsoil will create problems
  • Width will affect Combine Harvesters.
  • There will be no significant increase in current vehicular noise.

The proposed light column will be located on the southern side of road. This will eliminate loss of privacy.

The installation of ducting and traffic sign post will cause minimal sub soil disturbance

Width including over-run areas is 4.5m which is sufficient for large farm vehicles.
