Report by
Head of Sustainable Development
- This report describes
3 current planning applications for County Council development, made
under Regulation 3 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1992
together with a report on access issues at the St
Thomas’ Day Nursery which has been requested
by Councillor Power under Section FF (paragraph 7 (d)(iii) of the Constitution.
(Application
No C.19/04. Retention on site of a metal
storage container for storage of sports equipment for a temporary
period of five years at Cooper School, Churchill Road, Bicester.
Application
No S.18/04. Erection of extension to existing
classroom formation of secure Early Years play area and extension
to existing main playground at Lewknor CE Primary School, High Street,
Lewknor, Watlington.
Application
No C.17/02. Alterations and extensions to
existing Magistrates Court, demolition of existing garage and alterations
to existing car park layout, northern Oxfordshire Magistrates Court,
The Courthouse, Warwick Road, Banbury.)
- The application
and any letters of objection which may be received in respect of the
3 applications are available for inspection in the Planning Policy Implementation
Group Office at Speedwell House (refer to Contact Officer).

- These are identified
as appropriate in the report.

and Financial Implications
- The Committee
is asked to determine the applications. The finance for and staff implications
of the schemes are a matter for the promoting Directorate.
