3.         Minutes

 

            Minute 06/08 contained two errors, as amended in bold italics:

 

(i)                    in the penultimate paragraph, replace “agreed with Councillor Legge

that the transition would be difficult” with “acknowledged that there was more work for officers to do on this”; and,

(ii)        replace “years” with “terms” in the first line of the final paragraph.

Cherwell District Council would like to extend pedestrianisation in the town centre into Parsons Street and have formally requested an Agency Agreement to revoke the current traffic regulation order, promote a new traffic order to pedestrianise the street and carry out the physical works on the highway
