Madley Park development to the north-east of Witney to the town centre. A short section of the identified route which runs over existing footpath will require converting to cycletrack.

To consider the outcome of public consultation on an Order prohibiting any motor vehicle having a maximum gross weight exceeding 18 tonnes from using the river bridge at Newbridge situated on the A415 between the A420 Kingston Bagpuize and the A40 at Witney.
