To consider the consolidation of parking and loading restrictions along
Abingdon Road and incorporation of revisions introduced with the major reconstruction works completed in November 2005.

§         Henley Integrated Transport Strategy (Town Centre Traffic Management and Environmental Scheme
The approved traffic management and environmental improvements in Henley town centre are being carried out between August and September this year creating designated loading areas with loading restrictions in Bell Street. In order to complete the works new Traffic Regulation Orders are required to make changes to the existing parking and waiting restrictions. The report will consider results of public consultation.

Review of subsidised community transport whose current funding arrangements end in late 2007.

§         Banbury Waterloo Drive Parking Restrictions:
The main focus of this scheme is to improve safety by the signal junction with
Middleton Road where unrestricted parking on both sides of the road presently impedes it. It is also hoped that full adoption of Waterloo Drive will be complete by the time of this meeting to allow this scheme to be implemented if it is approved.
