To agree the detail of an agency arrangement with Cherwell District Council to undertake a residents’ parking scheme in Bicester -  the first in the Cherwell area – and consider any objections to a formal consultation on the proposal.

§         Ambrosden (Five Acres School) Better Ways To School: Highway Schemes Programme
To authorise implementation of the proposed scheme which comprises a pelican crossing on Ploughley Road outside the pedestrian entrance to the school, improvements to the existing footpath and barriers nearby on the west side and a traffic calming island approximately 100 metres to the north.

To consider objections which might be received to a formal consultation on proposals  for a  permanent closure of the access gap

§         Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads, Goring) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Amendment No.3) Order 2007
To consider responses to the Order which is being promoted in the interest of road safety by minimising the likelihood of danger to persons or other traffic using the roads and to facilitate the movement on the roads of traffic and pedestrians.

§         Oxford, Phipps Road - Proposed Relocation of Highway Gate
To gauge public opinion on the relocation of the Highway Gate from Bailey Road to Phipps Road, Oxford. By revoking the right turn ban into Phipps Road and into Boswell Road and providing No Through Road signs the proposal seeks to prevent “rat - running” along Phipps Road.
