Quarterly monitoring report on progress against priorities and targets

To consider a draft Annual Report (incorporating the Best Value Performance Plan) for recommendation to the Council

To consider a proposed response to the Government’s consultation on the draft South East Plan

To consider future governance arrangements for the South East Regional Control Centre in the light of anticipated ODPM guidance

To approve a statement as required by the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2003 as evidence of the effectiveness of the Council’s system of internal control
