IMPLEMENTATION OF APPROVED SCHEMES JULY 2006 UPDATE

Introduction

1. This is the seventh update report to Committee giving the implementation status of schemes approved by the Transport Implementation Committee (TIC) since December 2002.

Progress Summary

2. The July 2006 update report (Annex 1) (download as .pdf file) now includes schemes approved up to 27 April 2006 TIC adding a further 9 new schemes (from 16 March 2006 and 27 April 2006 TICs) to the April 2006 update. It shows that 14 schemes have been implemented, 13 schemes are ontarget and 5 schemes have slipped since the last update report.

RECOMMENDATIONS

3. The Committee is RECOMMENDED to note the report and progress on the schemes.
