Broad Heads
of Agreement
- Organisation of
weekly and farmers markets, Christmas and other events.
- Issuing of licences
for the placing of tables and chairs on the highway in connection with
café/restaurant businesses.
- Issuing of parking
permits for designated areas.
NB.
The agreement would also include the definition of energy and
maintenance liabilities in respect of lighting columns, feeder pillars
and energy bollards.
