    1. Comments that only 32% of drivers that use the central parking visit Broad Street and the Covered Market and therefore parking should be removed.
    2. Suggests a delivery service could be developed for the Broad Street and Covered Market to and from the Park and Rides.
    3. Better signage to direct inappropriate traffic away from Broad Street.
    4. Parking for collecting heavy goods could be provided in delivery bays outside commercial delivery times.
    5. Suggests clear procedure for those who have to pick up goods from the Turl Street as well as Broad Street. Perhaps a system of permits with a permanent warden able to check permits, give advise and move on the trade vehicles.
    6. Suggests waiting for the results from proposed study before anything is done.
