Supports proposal.

Windmill Road Resident

Y

Standard concerns about visibility of access, noise and optical intrusion arising from the nearby pelican.

The detailed design will seek to overcome concerns by standard means e.g. careful siting of equipment and adjusting noise levels of the audible signal.

Windmill Road Resident

Y

Support but would prefer lollipop lady.

Asks can it be switched off at night?

Oxfordshire County Council experiences difficulties in employment and retention of School Patrol Staff.

Part time operation is not recommended. The bleep level at night will be as low as possible.

Disabled Drivers Association

Y

Alternative parking arrangements could be considered for disabled

There is scope to accommodate this if an application is received.

Windmill Road Resident

N

Concerned about parking and vehicular access to property as an alternative

Parking nearby is possible or a small adjustment in position of the crossing should overcome the objection.
