For clarification:

Paragraph 5 of the main report refers to the County Council’s Conservation Officer’. This should read ‘County Council’s Planning & Development Officer’.

In paragraph 10 of the main report, the second sentence starts …. ‘As a result, City officers have proposed a condition’ … This should read ‘As a result, City members have proposed a condition ….’
