Frequency

twice a year, in October and June (the latter to include BVPP summary
information), possibly increasing to three editions to include a February
budget special.

Writing/Photography
- Where possible
in-house, with additional pieces of work bought in on a freelance basis.
Advertising
- Some councils
do, many don’t, after finding that it was not time/cost effective. Design/print
companies offer a range of options which will be considered during the
tendering process.
