Freddie has been the county councillor for Chalgrove and Watlington since 2021. Freddie works as a consultant to companies, NGOs, foundations, and patient groups on issues ranging from access to healthcare to the environment.
He grew up in Preston, Lancashire, and graduated from Bristol University and Leiden University in the Netherlands. Freddie spent many years working in Belgium, before settling in South Oxfordshire in 2020.
In his spare time, Freddie is a keen rugby fan, touch rugby and squash player, amateur writer, baker and tomato grower.
