Councillor Trish Elphinstone

I am a music teacher and professional musician.  I have lived in Oxford over 50 years.  I grew up in Blackbird Leys and live in Headington.

My interests are bringing people together through music.

What I love about Oxford is its diverse communities.  I have worked with many groups across the city.  From youth music work in Blackbird Leys, making music with people from different countries with Confluence Collective and running Oxford Jazz Kitchen jam session for local musicians.

I will bring this community activism experience to the role as councillor and bring people together.
