Andy Graham has served as Mayor of Bishop Stortford and as a member/councillor on East Herts Council for 16 years 1995-2011. He was elected to West Oxfordshire District Council in 2015 and is Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group.
His is a professional playwright, theatre director, arts centre programmer and sat on the Arts Council of Great Britain.
He has set up two charities: Snap Theatre Company and A’s A’s Ltd for children and young people.
