To seek approval for the arrangements between the County Council and the Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust to ensure that the appropriate arrangements and guarantees are in place for the funding of the development of the primary care centre and care home in Chipping Norton. This will require particular arrangements to satisfy the funders’ requirements for the development, which is being done through the Oxfordshire Care Partnership.
