The proposals have been developed as part of
the A423 Kennington improvement works, which will replace the
existing rail bridge structure, and also prioritise space for
cycling, walking and public transport. The programme will also
support the Oxford Flood Alleviation Scheme, to be delivered by the
Environment Agency.
