A new Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) Strategy has been developed to deliver on OCC’s statutory obligations to provide a HWRC service and to meet our aims in the countywide Oxfordshire Resources and Waste Partnership (ORWP) Waste Strategy. The Strategy sets out our vision to improve the infrastructure and services offered at the Council’s household waste sites, building on Oxfordshire’s high recycling rates.
