Following consideration of the applications as listed in paragraph 6 of the report, it was AGREED that;
(a) All the bids be agreed in principle, with the exception of the Rebound application, subject to the subsequent release of the necessary funding; and
(b) The Rebound bid be supported in principle, but that the applicants be requested to submit a further bid nearer the target date.
