Recommendations agreed subject to the amendment to page 2 of the Annex replacing Councillor Heathcoat with Councillor Mallon as the relevant Cabinet Member and showing Councillor Mallon as the person to respond to questions at Council on S90 Police Act 1996 and to the appointment of Councillor Peter Jones to the role of Older People’s Champion.
