(a)
to approve the Oxfordshire Minerals and Waste Development Framework
Annual Monitoring Report 2009 in the Annex to this report;
(b)
to authorise the Head of Sustainable Development to carry out any
necessary final editing of the Annual Monitoring Report 2009 and to submit it
to the Secretary of State and publish it on the County Council website in
accordance with Section 35 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and
Regulation 48 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England)
Regulations 2004.
