Trailblazer Project and the City Conversation on Rough Sleeping PDF 79 KB 2.30 15 minutes Report on the Trailblazer Programme presented by Nery Parry, System Change Manager – Trailblazer Programme. The report provides an update on the progress made on the key areas of work in this local homelessness programme. The programme summary gives an brief overview of the work. Report on the City Conversation on Rough Sleeping presented by Dani Granito, Policy and Partnership Team Manager, Oxford City Council. The report shares an update on the partnership event which happened on 28^th November 2018 and the next steps following this event. 8.	Health Inequalities Commission PDF 378 KB 2.45 10 minutes Report presented by Jackie Wilderspin, Public Health Specialist, Oxfordshire County Council. The report gives a comprehensive overview of progress against each of the 60 recommendations in the Oxfordshire Health Inequalities Commission report.

The report discusses the impacts of the rollout of Universal Credit and recommends areas for further exploration. The report focuses on data from Oxford City but identifies wider themes that affect Oxfordshire as a whole.
