The Deputy Leader of the Council considered revisions to the Community Asset Transfer Policy, as approved by Cabinet in June 2011.
Councillor Armitage welcomed the changes.
Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before him, the representations made to him and the further considerations set out above the Deputy Leader of the Council confirmed his decision as follows:
to approve the revised Community Asset Transfer Policy for use in support of all future Big Society community asset transfers.
