Minutes:

The Cabinet Member for Growth & Infrastructure noted comments from the Drayton Parish Council regarding concerns over the potential for an increase in incidences of fly tipping and doubts that savings as suggested in the report could be realised.

 

The Oxfordshire Waste Partnership would also be considering the Scheme at its meeting on 23 July 2010 and he asked that his decision today be notified to the Partnership.

 

 

(a)                     approve the Van & Trailer Permit Scheme in the terms set out in the officer report (CMDGI4) for implementation in November 2010;

 

(b)          inform the Oxfordshire Waste Partnership of the Cabinet Member for Growth & Infrastructure’s decision.
