The Strategic Commissioner introduced the item and confirmed
that the tender was ready for delegated decision following Key Decision in 2024.
Chair approved the recommendation.
RESOLVED to delegate the decision to award contract for
the Adult Short Breaks Service (formerly known as Learning Disability Respite
Service) to the Director of Adult Social Care.
