Changes to permit eligibility amendments as required through planning conditions.

The Cabinet Member is RECOMMENDED to:

a)    Approve the following amendments to eligibility for properties to apply for Residents & Visitors parking permits, as advertised:

i)             Headington Quarry – include No.1 Quarry Road in the list of properties eligible to apply for resident's parking permits & residents' visitors parking permits,

ii)            Jericho – exclude the three new flats at No.40 Walton Crescent from eligibility to apply for resident's parking permits & residents' visitors parking permits.

b)   Approve the exclusion of the student accommodation at Nos.6-25 Pusey Lane & Nos.19-21 St John Street from eligibility to apply for both Residents & Visitors parking permits, as amended.
