Decision:
Councillor Roberts reported that Item 11 on the agenda – Appleton with Eaton: 20mph Speed Limit Proposals would be deferred as she had written in support of the scheme and this would avoid any pre-judgment of the decision.

The Chair read out the following statement:
‘As Councillor Andrew Gant, Cabinet Member for Transport Management, is unavailable to take this meeting, Councillor Liz Leffman, Leader of the Council, has appointed me, Councillor Judy Roberts, Cabinet Member for Infrastructure and Development Strategy, to attend and take the decision in his place - under the Constitutional provision in Part 4.4, Section 2 (b).’
