The report presents responses received to a statutory consultation on a proposal to introduce a give way requirement for traffic entering Ascott under Wychwood at the Evenlode River bridge put forward by Ascott under Wychwood Parish Council who have undertaken to fund the project subject to approval being given to proceed with the scheme.
The Cabinet Member for the Environment is RECOMMENDED to approve the proposed introduction of a give way requirement for traffic entering Ascott under Wychwood at the Evenlode bridge as advertised.

The Cabinet Member for Environment considered (CMDE10) responses received to a consultation to introduce a give way requirement for traffic entering Ascott under Wychwood at the Evenlode Bridge promoted and funded by the Ascott under Wychwood Parish Council.
Noting that the scheme had been initiated and funded by the Parish Council and no objection had been received from the local member and having regard to the information set out in the report before her the Cabinet Member for Environment confirmed her decision as follows:
to approve the proposed introduction of a a give way requirement for traffic entering Ascott under Wychwood at the Evenlode Bridge as advertised
