To seek approval to agree those aspects of the Oxfordshire concessionary fares scheme which need to be included in the arrangements for reimbursement of bus operators due to be published on 30 November 2010 (note that this will generally not include consideration of those aspects of the scheme which are not relevant to operator reimbursement, which can be considered slightly later).
