The project is under the aegis of One Public Estate (“OPE”)
and provides the opportunity to look at the ‘Southern Quarter’ area of Oxford
in line with OPE’s objectives.
The purpose of the project is to understand and establish
the issues, challenges and opportunities to allow a joined up and strategic
approach to the area.
CBRE Ltd appointed as consultants for a piece of feasibility
work. The contract value is £165,875.
CBRE were selected due to their performance in the Request
for Quotation (RFQ) evaluation process.
More generally, they will bring subject matter expertise to
the project.
Specifically, the project will focus on the public sector
owned assets looking at opportunities that might assist regeneration.
The route to market used for this tender was via Crown
Commercial Services (CCS) RM6168 Estates Services Lot 1.
The top three bidders interviewed. A Moderation Panel scored
the interview against the evaluation criteria set out in the RFQ.
