Purpose:
The decision enables the income sharing agreement for the Oxford Zero Emission Zone Pilot scheme to be completed and implemented. This will enable net proceeds from the scheme to be shared and then used to deliver schemes and measures in accordance with the requirements of the scheme’s charging order.
Decision:
To complete, sign, seal and implement the Income Sharing Agreement with Oxford City Council for the Oxford Zero Emission Zone Pilot Scheme.
Reasons for the decision:
Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council are partners in the development and operation of the Oxford Zero Emission Zone Pilot Scheme and have agreed that net proceeds from the scheme will be shared.
