To seek approval for the Council to adopt a more assertive policy of activity encouraging the incorporation of the remaining maintained schools into sustainable formal collaborative groupings, primarily through the Multi Academy Trust model but also through the extension of the ‘collaborative company’ model and the pooling of more resources and responsibilities.
