Purpose:
The works under the Engineering and Construction Short Contract have commenced. The Parent Company guarantees the performance of such works.
Decision:
To seal and
complete the Parent Company Guarantee between (1) OCC and (2) John
Graham Holdings Limited relating to the Stage One NEC4 Engineering and
Construction Short Contract for the pre-order of steel for the Didcot to Culham
River Crossing scheme.
Reasons for the decision:
Procurement of the steelwork for the Didcot to Culham River Crossing scheme has commenced under the Engineering and Construction Short Contract. The Engineering and Construction Short Contract provides for delivery of several ancillary contracts including this PCG.
Alternative options considered:
None considered. The PCG is to be delivered under the terms of the agreement
