The decision allows the provider to engage Willmott Dixon under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) for the design and preconstruction services up to the end of RIBA Stage 4 for the new Speedwell House.

contract award.
To enable formal engagement with Willmott Dixon under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) and maintain traction on the programme for the extension and refurbishment of Speedwell House.
This engagement follows a rigorous formal tender process where Willmott Dixon were successful following thorough evaluation and moderation.
No other option is open to the council that will allow the project to maintain traction on the ambitious programme.
