Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

to authorise variations to the Oxfordshire County Council (Disabled Persons’ Parking Place - Oxford) (Amendment No 4/5) Order 20** as amended in the report CMDT5  to provide for:

 

(a)               twenty-two new DPPPs as set out at Annex 1 to the report CMDT5;

 

(b)               the formalisation of two existing advisory DPPPs as specified in Annex 1 to the report CMDT5;

 

(c)               the removal of twelve DPPPs as detailed in Annex 1 to the report CMDT5; and

 

(d)               the formalisation of the DPPP moved from outside 66 Harpes Road to outside 68 Harpes Road.
