Summary of representations in person
Mrs Cox advised that since the Local Plan Inspector’s report a great deal of work had been undertaken on the design and models for both Cogges Link and Shores Green. The conclusions had remained the same and officers were recommending that a planning application be submitted for the Cogges Link option.
Mr Howell reported that a number of amendments had been made to the Transport Analysis Guidance Report in order to correct a number of errors which had been discovered in relation to the Shores Green scheme. That report was now correct and would be taken forward in support of the planning application.

The Cabinet Member was satisfied with the proposals as set out in the report.
Decision
Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:
to approve the submission of a planning application for the Cogges Link Road as described in the report CMDT8 and indicated on Drawing B0834600/Dwg/CLR/03D.
