Summary of representations in person

 

Mr Green confirmed that the £50,000 Section 106 funding could only be used for improvements to the junction improvement at the Ducklington lane/Station lane junction improvement as part of the Lidl development approval and that the scheme  could be implemented within the current speed restriction

In the light of the clarification given by officers on the issues identified at the March meeting he was support the proposal.

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

to approve the scheme as shown on Drawing No. OH/D&I/A4/0212 for implementation subject to the Head of Transport being authorised in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Transport to resolve any concerns or comments submitted by the Witney Traffic Advisory Committee from its meeting on 19 May 2009.
