Summary of representations in person

 

Mrs Seedhouse and Mr and Mrs Potter all supported the proposal to introduce a parking bay on Hayes Close.

 

Councillor Smith also supported the proposals in the report.

 

Mr Tole reported receipt of a further representation from City Councillor Clarkson supporting the proposals, except for those in Harberton Mead.

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

to approve the making of the proposed changes to the Marston South CPZ as advertised and described in the report CMDT5.
