Proposed Revision to Bus Shelter Grant Scheme

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

to endorse:

 

(a)               continuation of the Bus Shelter Grant Scheme; and

 

(b)               changes to the Bus Shelter Grant Scheme as set out in paragraph 6(i)-(iii) of the report CMDT6;

 

(c)               where more than one application was received from one Parish Council to authorise the head of Transport in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Transport to approve the additional applications.
