Responding to Councillor Hudspeth Mr Clough advised that it was expected that scheme would be in place in January 2008 and reviewed in July 2008 to consider displacement issues.
Decision
Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:
to approve the introduction of the parking proposals in Waterloo Drive as shown on the drawing attached at Annex 1 to the report CMDT4.
