Summary of representations in person

 

Mr Ruse confirmed that the resident at Maiden’s Close, Watchfield had withdrawn the application.

Councillor Hudspeth noted the amendment commenting that the County Council were mindful of public consultation.

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

to authorise variations to the Oxfordshire County Council (South Oxfordshire District) (Disabled Persons’ Parking Place) (Amendment No 2) Order 20** as amended in this report to provide for:

 

(a)               five new DPPPs as set out in Annex 1 to the report CMDT 4;

 

(b)               one new DPPP in Maiden’s Close, Watchfield provided that the condition set out in the report CMDT4 was met;

 

(c)               the formalisation of fourteen existing advisory DPPPs as specified in Annex 1 to the report CMDT4; and

 

(d)               the removal of 2 DPPPs as detailed in Annex 1 to the report CMDT4.
