PROGRESS OF APPROVED SCHEMES – JULY 2008 UPDATE

Introduction
1. This is the fifteenth update report setting out progress on the status of schemes approved since December 2002.
Progress Summary
2. The July 2008 update report (Annex 1) (download as .doc file) now includes schemes approved up to the 24 April 2008 meeting adding a further 11 new schemes and also schemes approved by the former Transport Implementation Committee and Transport Decisions Committee. Under the traffic light system of scheme status identification there are 3 schemes holding red status (0 last quarter), 4 schemes holding amber status (6 last quarter) and 30 schemes holding green status (32 last quarter). In addition 12 schemes have been implemented since the last update report.
RECOMMENDATIONS
3. The Cabinet Member for Transport is RECOMMENDED to note the report and progress on the schemes.
