Cabinet Member’s Comments

Councillor Robertson supported the proposals. He asked officers to ensure that when reports mentioned specifically that oral reports would be made that this was done.

Decision

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

(a) to confirm that the Banbury Western Corridor Study formed part of the Banbury Integrated Transport and Land Use Study; and

(a) to authorise further work on the schemes identified at Annex 1 (download as .doc file) to the report as and when finance permitted.
