Summary of representations in person

 

In response to Councillor Hudspeth Mr Ronald confirmed that this should have been a charge on the developer.  The proposals had been discussed at the Faringdon Traffic Advisory Committee, with local residents and on balance represented the best option available.

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

to;

 

(a)               approve the making of the Swan Lane, Faringdon – Amendment to Restriction of Waiting Traffic Order as advertised; and

 

(b)               authorise the necessary works to implement the proposals.
