PROGRESS OF APPROVED SCHEMES – OCTOBER 2008 UPDATE

Introduction
1. This is the sixteenth update report setting out progress on the status of schemes approved since December 2002.
Progress Summary
2. The October 2008 update report (Annex 1) (download as .download) now includes schemes approved up to the 4 September 2008 by the Cabinet Member for Transport adding a further 7 new schemes. Under the traffic light system of scheme status identification there are 4 schemes holding red status (3 last quarter), 3 schemes holding amber status (4 last quarter) and 30 schemes holding green status (30 last quarter). In addition 7 schemes have been implemented since the last update report.
RECOMMENDATIONS
3. The Cabinet Member for Transport is RECOMMENDED to note the report and progress on the schemes.
