Mr Barnes reported the following updates:
14/05 – September 2008 OCC Legal Team continuing to attempt to progress scheme. 47/06 – Revised delivery plan to November CMDT. Possible implementation 2009. 15/07 – Carterton Shilton Park cycle routes – August 2008 was the actual date. 8/08 – Delays due to bad weather. Lining work completed October 2008. 13/08 - Completed September 2008. 20/08 - Completed September 2008. 26/08 - Transfer completed 1 October 2008. 28/08 - Delays due to bad weather. Completion expected by 31 October 2008. 29/08 - All objectors informed. Traffic Regulation Order mid-October 2008. 30/08 - Work expected to start January 2009. Completion by March 2009. 31/08 - Objectors informed. Initial design stage for bridge narrowing started. 32/08 - Implementation October 2009/2010.
