PARTNERSHIP WORKING –

AN UPDATE ON THE WORK OF PARTNERSHIPS IN OXFORDSHIRE

 

 

Introduction

 

The County Council works with district and local councils, health services, the police, the voluntary and community sector and with local businesses to deliver services for our residents.

 

As this has become more central to the way in which we work, the Cabinet have agreed to include a report on current developments in partnership working to each full Council meeting.

 

This gives an opportunity for all elected members to put questions to members of the Cabinet about the work of our strategic partnerships.

 

This report includes information on the following partnerships:

 

• Oxfordshire Partnership by Cllr Keith Mitchell
• Public Service Board by Cllr David Robertson
• Children and Young People’s Board by Cllr Louise Chapman 
• Health and Wellbeing Partnership Board by Cllr Jim Couchman
• Safer Communities Board by Cllr Mrs. J Heathcoat
• Waste Partnership by Cllr Roger Belson
• Oxfordshire Economic Partnership by Cllr Keith Mitchell 
• The Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Improvement Partnership by Cllr John Howell 
• Environment  Partnership by Cllr Roger Belson

 

This first report provides a summary of partnership priorities for the year; progress in the last quarter towards those objectives and other information of interest (download as .doc file).
